This is genuinely how I feel when I take my glasses off and out and put in my lenses before going outside! Sometimes I head to supermarket in my glasses and it doesn't feel like I'm myself. I end up buying quinoa and smoked herring instead of the usual haribo and encona chilli sauce! But... There are also those times at the end of the evening when you're out and want to keep going but your lenses dry out. When you slip into the emergency specs you carry in your manbag, the party vibe disappears and you no longer want to moonwalk across the dancefloor with all eyes on you! Great ad!

So much of that was unnecessary. You don't need a second hand to lift your lid. Never seen anyone do that in my life 😂 just pull down your lower lid with one hand and put it in. And there's no need to look left and right to let the contact lense settle. Just blink a few times and carry on.

The best thing i ever did, after a while your eye ball gets less sensitive, try, try ,try again, you wont regret it, you must be patient.

easy way is not to look direct at the lense with the eye it is going in look at what you are doing with your other eye , natural reflexes will make you stop if you are putting something directly into your eye
